Barb will greet you with a kind smile. She is an animal lover and loves working with people. She brings years of customer service experience to Quil Ceda. Barb hails from the PNW and lives on a small farm with her husband of 34 years. They share pride in their two grown children and enjoy horseback riding, travel, cares, hiking and boating. Barb has one very active and loving Aussie, an 11 year old cat that thinks she’s a dog and 3 beautiful quarter horses. If she could be any animal, Barb would be a horse, so she could run fast, jump high and feel the wind in her hair.


Kelley recently joined our customer service team and brings years of experience to the clinic. Kelley enjoys being a partner in the patients’ healthcare and has a special talent when negotiating with unhappy felines. Kelley is a Washington native that has a wonderful husband and two children. Her animal family is a JRT/Pit mix named Jack, American Pit bull named Wrecker and two kitties. She enjoys spending her time with her family, hiking, camping, movies and music. If she could be any animal she would choose a dolphin, so she could swim the world and have complete freedom.


Kristan has always had an intense compassion for animals. This compassion led her to seek out veterinary technician school and a career in veterinary medicine. Kristan was born in WA, but has lived in Colorado prior to moving back to WA. Kristan has a special fondness for older dogs and cats and attending to their special needs. Kristan lives in Arlington with her husband of 19 years and two very well loved German Shepherds, named Jerry Lee and Montana. She and her husband enjoy fishing, camping and walking their property with their dogs. Jerry Lee is Montana’s uncle. If Kristan could be any animal she would be a wolf, She loves the resiliency and strong pack bonds.

Miranda LVT

Miranda joined the Quil Ceda team 14 years ago. She brings an amazing sense of compassion and caring to our team. Along with her years of experience she is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Her professional passion is Dentistry and she likes to act as the pet’s voice to help owners understand the importance of proper oral care. Miranda lives in Marysville with her husband and two boys. Her family shares their home with 3 dogs (2 bostons and a pit bull) and Michael the cat. Miranda enjoys reading, music, art, being outdoors and everything vintage. If she could be any animal, she would be a Border Collie living on the Isle of Man, she could live her life herding sheep, running the beach and begging food from the local fishermen.


Sue keeps everything organized and clean at QC, she can often be heard whistling while she works. Sue grew up in the South Sound, but now calls Arlington home. Sue is a certified Veterinary Assistant. Sue enjoys singing and dancing with our kennel patrons and helping animals cross over with the honor, respect and lovey they deserve. Sue and her spouse live a quiet farm life with their 2 dogs (mastiff and Pomeranian), 5 cats and a variety of chickens and ducks. Sue enjoys puttering around her farm and working on projects in the barn. If she could be any animal she would be a wolf, so she could run against the wind and howl with the sheer joy of being alive.


Tarin joined QC because she loves animals and has a strong desire to help. She can be found always on the move-always smiling! Tarin is an Arlington native that loves horses and considers anytime that she gets to spend with them a blessing. Tarin is happily married and has an adorable step son. Her animal family includes a 19 year old horse, a pony, a crazy PeekaPoo and a bunny. Tarin enjoys time with family and of course her horses. Tarin would be a wild horse if she could be any animal that way she could run wild and free.


Tegen is passionate about animal rescue and this what lead her to attend Veterinary Assistant training and certification. She loves fostering and caring for animals then finding them loving homes. She also has a soft spot for senor patients. Tegen lives in Sultan with her husband and 3 boys. She loves spending time with her family and loving her JRT, Shortie and Persian Kingston. If she could be any animal she would be a Bull dog, then she could lay around all day, pass gas freely and be in charge of the whole world.
